MERAV AVITALABITBUL⸻ Hello, Yesterday, on 26/11, I flew with Etihad to Abu Dhabi and then to Pakt. Flights EY600 and EY412. On Tuesday morning, I upgraded the seats by paying an additional $105 for extra-legroom seats for myself and my husband. When we boarded the flight, it turned out that the seats I selected — which in the aircraft image clearly appeared as seats with extra legroom and bulkhead positions — were not as presented. We were forced to sit in regular seats on both flights. My husband holds a disability card and suffers from back and leg problems, and because of the poor seating situation, he experienced significant pain and even missed a full day of our trip due to needing to remain in the hotel. I paid $17 for each upgraded seat (a total of $34 for both of us) on flight EY600, and an additional $35 per person for the upgraded seats on flight EY412. We notified the flight attendant immediately after boarding, but she was unable to assist. The same situation happened to three additional passengers seated near us. I also want to tell you that I didn’t get a recied until now. I onley see tha payment in my credit card. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the amount paid.
