| Adar Ben Nissan | Dear customer service department Air India, On April 14, 2025, we made booking number 944782 (Airline booking reference: TDJF8L) for a flight from Thailand to Israel, with a connecting stop in Delhi, India, scheduled for April 23, 2025. The total cost of the booking for two passengers was 990$ (3,787.54 ILS) . Due to an advancement of the connecting flight time made by your company, our flight was effectively cancelled. We were not provided with any prior notice of this change and were forced to discover it on our own, by coincidence, which caused significant harm to our ability to prepare and obtain an alternative solution in real time. At this stage, we are not requesting compensation for the distress and the fact that we had to urgently search for a return flight to our home country at the last minute, but only the refund to which we are legally entitled. We were informed by your representatives and by the supplier that we are entitled to a full refund. however, to date despite the passage of considerable time and repeated inquiries over the past months no refund has been received, nor have we received any substantive response resolving this matter. This conduct is unreasonable and constitutes a failure to meet your obligations toward your customers. Therefore, we hereby formally demand the transfer of the full refund in the amount of 990$ (3,787.54 ILS) within 14 days from receipt of this email.
