We departed Vienna with five checked bags, but upon our arrival in Tel Aviv we received only four. One suitcase did not arrive, which caused significant distress and negatively affected our entire trip, including our overall experience with Austrian Airlines. We reported the missing baggage immediately at Ben Gurion Airport. After the investigation, we were informed that the suitcase had been left behind in Vienna and was not loaded onto our flight. Only today, Monday evening at around 22:00, the suitcase was finally delivered to our home. This delay caused us considerable inconvenience and disappointment. The missing suitcase was the largest one, containing all the gifts for my daughters, who were eagerly waiting for them. The situation caused unnecessary frustration for my family and disrupted the positive impression we expected from your airline. I kindly request: 1. A full explanation as to why the suitcase was not transported with our flight. 2. Compensation for the emotional distress, inconvenience, and disruption caused to me and my family.
