Our return itinerary was booked as one single confirmed ticket, traveling from Ho Chi Minh City to Tel Aviv via Dubai on 20–21 December. The first return flight EK0393 (Ho Chi Minh City – Dubai) arrived in Dubai as scheduled. However, during the transit at Dubai International Airport, we were unexpectedly informed that there were no available seats on our connecting flight EK2120 (Dubai – Tel Aviv). We were also told that we had not completed check-in, despite the fact that: • The entire journey was issued on one ticket • The flights were operated under a codeshare agreement between Emirates and flydubai • No instructions were provided to complete a separate check-in • Seat availability and passenger protection during transit are the airline’s responsibility As a result, we were denied boarding and rebooked on a later flight, which caused a significant delay. This situation forced us to incur additional expenses, including: • Hotel accommodation • Meals and local transportation • Serious disruption to our work and personal obligations due to the delay This incident was not caused by any fault or negligence on our part. We complied with all travel requirements and arrived on time for our connecting flight. Accordingly, we hereby request: 1. Full financial compensation for the denied boarding and delay 2. Reimbursement of all additional expenses incurred (hotel, meals, transportation) 3. A written explanation clarifying the reason for the denied boarding on a confirmed ticket We expect this claim to be handled in accordance with airline passenger rights and Emirates/flydubai policies. All supporting documents, boarding passes, and receipts can be provided upon request. We look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution of this matter. kobiHello, I am interested in buying flight tickets from Tel Aviv to Bangkok on January 10th at 6:15 PM, takeoff and landing at 12:55 PM. We are a couple with a one and a half year old baby. What is the cost of the tickets including luggage and is the price lower without luggage? How do you choose seats before purchasing tickets? We want to sit with the baby in a wide area by the window. Iris RudnitzkyFormal complaint regarding 10 hour flight delay on 12/11 Dear Emirates customer service , I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent flight with Emirates on 12 November ,travelling from Tel Aviv to Bangkok with a layover in Dubai. During the layover in Dubai, the connecting flight was delayed for ten hours due to a technical issue with the aircraft .As a result , were asked to remain seated on the plane for several hours before being taken off and left to wait for additional hours in the airport terminal .The lack of clear communication and the extended waiting time made the experience extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable .This significant delay caused us to lose an entire day of our vacation in Bangkok leading to both financial and personal loss.I kindly request appropriate compensation for this disruption in accordance with Emirates policies and international passengers rights .Thank you for your attention .I look forward to your prompt response .
