We complied with all travel requirements and arrived on time for our connecting flight. Accordingly, we hereby request: 1. Full financial compensation for the denied boarding and delay 2. Reimbursement of all additional expenses incurred (hotel, meals, transportation) 3. A written explanation clarifying the reason for the denied boarding on a confirmed ticket We expect this claim to be handled in accordance with airline passenger rights and Emirates/flydubai policies.
